On Tuesday, Sept. 8, the Village of MacNutt Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Olimb, with all members present.
The meeting started with the approval of the agenda, as well as the approval of the Minutes from the August 6th meeting after being amended; motion carried.
Next, the council reviewed Correspondence received during the last month, including letters from Sergeant Geoffrey Stringfellow of the Esterhazy RCMP, the Parkland Regional Library, as well as three letters from a concerned citizen.
The council had a lengthy discussion on all the correspondence, prior to Councilor Midgette making a motion to file the correspondence; motion carried.
Carrying on, the council reviewed the Financials, including the August 2020 Statement of Receipts and Bank Reconciliation; motion was made by Mayor Olimb as well as the September 8th payables with a motion by Councilor Midgette; carried.
Under New Business, the council discussed the Board of Revision meeting on September 23rd, at 7:00 P.M., as well as some clearing of trees in the back alleys; quotes will be looked for.
The meeting was adjourned with a motion by Councilor Andrews; motion carried.
