The YRHS Lady Raider defence was on point for nearly the entire competition, however the offence was nearly non-existent, resulting in an overall record of 1-4 for the Lady Raiders at Moose Jaw’ annual Soccerfest tournament this past weekend.

The Sacred Heart Saints golf team represented their school well this past weekend at the East Central District golf tournament.

The Sacred Heart Saints ladies’ soccer team found themselves in the ‘Group of Death’ at the Moose Jaw Soccerfest tournament this past weekend, matching up with two of the top 3A programs in the province, taking on Regina LeBoldus and Prince Albert St

Sacred Heart High School’s senior boys’ volleyball team travelled to the University of Regina on September 18-19 where they competed in the annual high school tournament.

Members of the Canora Composite School cross-country team continue their twice-weekly practices as the focus turns to districts and, maybe, provincials.

Darryl Binkley and Glen Sterzer of Kamsack once again won the men’s division of the Canora Seniors’ Golf Tournament. The pair shot a 76 during the competition which was played on Friday.

The members of the Sturgis Composite High School cross-country team did well at the Cherrydale Cross-Country Meet held in Yorkton on September 9.

Elementary students from Preeceville School enjoyed participating in their annual track-and-field meet that was kicked off with the back-to-school barbecue on September 4.
