With only one win in three tries this week the Yorkton Terriers are now in a second place tie with Estevan in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League's Sherwood Conference. Both teams have 47 points, the Terrier's based on a record of 22-18-1-2.

The Yorkton Pee Wee Tier II hockey tournament was held over the weekend. Host arenas were the Farrell Agencies Arena and the Kinsmen Arena. All teams were guaranteed four games and games featured one 15-minute period and two 20-minute periods.
