Dear Editor: The recent provincial budget is brutal and heartless with total disregard for the citizens of Saskatchewan. Cuts to educational funding, cuts to programs and services for autistic children. Cuts to libraries.

It seems as though finances has dominated editorials across the province, although it is not really surprising given the impact of the provincial budget.

Welcome to Saskatchewan: where we plan out our "surprise" privatization agendas very carefully. For anyone who even thinks the whole STC closure situation was a last-minute decision, I've got a stadium to sell you.
