Whatchamacallits, doohickeys and thingamajigs; those famous words have been spoken many times by rather intelligent people, usually when they cannot remember the name of the item in question.

To the credit of this Saskatchewan Party government, it has generally stayed out of the way of small business.

The good news for Canada’s provincial courts is public opinion about their performance has improved over the past few years. The bad news is, they are still getting a failing grade.
