Gail Krawetz never thought she’d write a political history book, but that’s exactly what she’s done.

Since 1990, people across Canada have been crowding into churches and theatres to hear Charles Dickens’ timeless story read aloud over the holiday season.

Beginning on November 6, members of the Preeceville Walking Club have been walking for the betterment of their physical and mental health. The group plans to conclude its season at the end of April.

The Preeceville Pats Midget hockey team took to the ice in its first home game of the regular season with a 5-4 win over Yorkton Remax midgets on November 1. Preeceville struck first early in the first period to take a 1-0 lead.

Keri Gardner has continued her fight to get the help her husband Rod requires to get better. The couple’s journey has been a long battle that started nearly a year ago.

Wendel Clark Day paid tribute to Toronto Maple Leafs hockey legend Wendel Clark, former Toronto Maple Leaf player, was honoured with a special day that featured the raising of his banner at the Kelvington Recreation Arena on October 21.
