Fourth year for Yorkton event

The Boys & Girls Club of Yorkton received 15 brand new winter jackets that they will put in the hands of children and youth who need. Each child will also receive a new toque to go with their jacket to ensure they stay warm for the winter.

The Paper Bag Players have made you laugh, they’ve made you cry, but until now, they haven’t tried to make you shake in your boots before. The local theatre troupe is taking a new direction for their next play, and it’s going darker. Room No. 5.

Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association raises concern

Relatively warm and dry weather allowed for some producers to return to the field last week, according to Saskatchewan Agriculture’s Weekly Crop Report.

On Oct. 17, at about 6:00 am, the Indian Head RCMP received a report of a Break and Enter to the Heritage Building in Vibank. Numerous businesses within the building were broke into and some items were taken.

I don’t particularly want to buy an SUV. That doesn’t seem like a big deal, especially since I’m not going to be buying another car unless I encounter disaster again.
