The Yorkton Terriers came away from the weekend with a victory against the Estevan Bruins.

The Yorkton Regional High School Raiders senior football team will not only play in the Moose Jaw High School Football League championship game this weekend, but they’ll be hosting it.

The Sunrise Health Region has received $95,000 in fines in response to Occupational Safety and Health violations, including one that resulted in serious injuries to an employee. The fines were issued in Yorkton Provincial Court on Monday, October 20.

Yorkton’s N.L. Construction has been recognized by the Saskatchewan ABEX Awards, taking home the prize for young entrepreneur.

Firefighters in Yorkton and Canora battled a rash of blazes across their communities last weekend. A series of fires around Yorkton kept the fire department busy from Oct. 17-18.
