City marks Ag week

Agriculture Week has been unanimously declared by Yorkton Council for Oct. 29 - Nov. 3. Juanita Polegi, Executive Director of the Yorkton Chamber of Commerce made the request at the regular meeting of City Council Monday.

Bantam Terriers top Blues

The Yorkton bantam 'AA' UCT Terriers knocked the wind out of the Regina Pat Blues in their third game of the season on Oct. 2. The Terriers' high-powered offense led to them coming away with a decisive 7-1 victory on the road.
