Harvest trio joins SJHL's Red Wings
When the Weyburn Red Wings were in town on Sept. 21, some familiar faces were lined up against the hometown Yorkton Terriers. The Red Wing's Nick Pouliot, Donavon Lumb and Logan Herchak all played for the Yorkton Harvest in the SMAAAHL last year.

Acquittal in proceeds of crime case
A 20-year-old B.C. woman has been acquitted of possession of the proceeds of cocaine trafficking in Yorkton Provincial Court. Madelaine Esquivel was arrested in January, one of 20 individuals caught up in a five-month multi-agency RCMP sting.
