The Yorkton peewee 'AAA' Cardinals are set to host the provincial AA tournament on July 19-21 at Jubilee Park. "We are excited to host the event," said tournament manager Brent Repsch.

The Yorkton Yankees improved their record to 13-0-1 after capturing three wins last week. They topped the Yorkton Orioles 8-2 on Tuesday, July 2, the Canora Supers 13-0 on Thursday, and the Russell Bulls 8-4 the following day.
