Yorkton This Week

Yorkton area Air Cadet groups gathered in the gymnasium at Yorkton Regional High School April 9 for some combined drill training. The cadets, from Kamsack, Melville, Canora, and Yorkton, were put through their paces by Captain Terry Eritz.

Yorkton This Week will be featuring a column a week on the Saskatchewan Roughriders as soon as the regular-season starts. The weekly column will feature game recaps, interviews and other information surrounding the team.

Wilfred (Fred) Fenske was born on December 14, 1920 in Ebenezer, SK and attended Langenau School. When Wilfred was 17, the family moved to a farm in the Rockford area.
