The Yorkton Business Improvement District is taking an interesting approach as it unveiled the key elements of its three-year plan at the regular meeting of Yorkton Council Monday.

The Yorkton Business Improvement District (YBID) made a presentation to Council outlining its budget and three-year plan. Phil DeVos, executive director of YBID said the presentation was being made since it is a committee of Council.
