Jason Mitten was located and arrested at approximately 1:40 p.m. today. He was located several kilometres east of Esterhazy, in a rural area. Mitten will appear in Broadview Provincial Court on July 14, 2021.

Communities in Northern Saskatchewan are evacuating as wildfires edge closer. As of Monday, 91 fires were considered active in the province, bringing this year's total to 312 so far.

The Springside 4-H Beef Club held their 2021 Achievement Day on July 5, at the Yorkton Exhibition Grounds, Horse Arena. Our show was a little different this year, as were many events this year.
