In the world of my beloved abstract strategy games there is a rather diverse range of games. Some, such as Wizard’s Garden are rather lite fare, with quick to learn rules, and generally quick play.

Val Morhart’s paintings are a window into the past. He said he’s inspired by thinking about the way it used to be, farming life and the legacy of the pioneers in the area.
