Charges laid in death of Onion Lake man following complex and lengthy investigation

On the afternoon of May 14, 2018, Onion Lake RCMP were notified of a deceased individual located in a slough next to Nine Mile Road in Onion Lake, Saskatchewan. The deceased was identified as 31-year-old Shane Opissinow from Onion Lake Cree Nation.
