Joshua LeBlanc's case discussed Monday in Estevan court

LeBlanc is facing three charges following an arrest in May.

Josh LeBlanc's case was once again before Estevan Provincial Court on Monday.

ESTEVAN - The case of Joshua Regis LeBlanc was among those discussed at Estevan Provincial Court on Monday.

LeBlanc was arrested in May and is charged with luring a person under the age of 18, sexual exploitation and sexual assault. All three charges are under the Criminal Code.  

None of them have been proven in court. 

The case has ultimately been set aside to Sept. 12 as additional disclosure is needed from the Crown.
