SASKATOON – A 74-year-old man turned himself into Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) on July 25 on a charge of sexual assault with a weapon. SPS say that last year they got a report about an alleged sexual assault.
The victim and accused were known to one another through their affiliation with a Saskatoon faith-based institution, say police.
Police didn't identify the accused. He appears in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Aug. 21.
