SASKATOON – A 29-year-old woman was arrested Saturday following two assaults.

At approximately 10:30 a.m., May 27, Saskatoon police patrol officers responded to the 400 block of Fairmont Drive for a report of an assault. When they arrived, they found a 54-year-old woman who reported having been struck by an unknown woman who immediately fled on foot. As police were speaking to the victim, a second incident was reported to be taking place nearby, in the 300 block of Pendygrasse Road. A second victim, a 38-year-old woman reported a similar incident occurring, having been struck by an unknown woman, prior to the suspect fleeing on foot.
