The Canora/Sturgis RCMP were dispatched to a report of two women fighting inside a business bathroom in Canora.

Richard Dyke was initially arrested in November 2023 after the RCMP received a report of sexual assaults involving three boys under the age of 12 around 2015.

The man allegedly assaulted an Alida grocery store staff member on May 24.

Three years ago, on Sept. 15, 2020, the remains of 23-year-old Eagleson Thomas were located in a residence in the 400 block of Avenue G South.

As a result of the investigation, Dwain Wog, 77, of Hinton, Alta., has been charged with one count of attempted fraud over $5,000 and one count of attempted fraud under $5,000. 

This incident is not just a financial blow but a significant emotional one for the club and the community, highlighting the ongoing issues of theft and vandalism those in Regina’s core are facing.

The arrests come after an extensive search that involved multiple Saskatchewan RCMP detachments and units, as well as the Manitoba RCMP, the Protection and Response Team from the Province of Saskatchewan and the CN Police.

Wilkie RCMP received a report of a stray cat biting a child, animal was not located.

Emergency crews were called to a report June 1 of a two-vehicle collision on the bypass between Highway 39 and Highway 47 northwest of Estevan.
