Clarence Buck is accused of assaulting Richard Buck, who died in hospital from his injuries.

The accused had elected to be tried by judge alone, but instead pleaded guilty.

The drugs taken include Atravet, Gonavet, Lidocaine, Bioestrovet, Netricure, and Folltropin.

With 567 days credit for time served in remand, he has 529 days left to serve, which means he will serve his time in a provincial jail instead of a federal prison.

Court documents show that the assault occurred in May 2023 and the inmate was charged in November 2023.
