On May 30 at approximately 12:10 p.m., Battlefords RCMP received a report of a disturbance on 100 Street in North Battleford.

On June 1, Battlefords RCMP were on the Mosquito, Grizzly Bear’s Head, Lean Man First Nation investigating a traffic complaint.

Police responded to a restaurant in the 100 block of Circle Drive West after it was reported a man was seen with what was believed to be a firearm.

Corporal Steve Bell, with the Battlefords RCMP Crime Prevention Victim Services Unit, spoke about the issue of scams in an interview with SaskToday.

Patrol officers responded to a hotel in the 100 block of Cardinal Crescent after it was reported a man was in possession of a firearm.

At approximately 5 a.m., May 30, a male reported having been stabbed a few hours earlier in the area of 22nd Street West and Avenue W North.

The charges stem from an April 30 incident in which Regina police responded to reports of an assault and theft.

Onion Lake RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist. 

A 31-year-old Gainsborough man was lodged in cells and subsequently released on an undertaking in front of a justice of the peace.
