An 8-year-old boy died after being hit by a school bus.

EMS confirmed man deceased at scene, say police

The driver of the fatal hit and run has been located and arrested.

Elaine Behm died at Pine Grove Correctional Centre in October 2020.

 The suspect is described as in his early 20s, approximately six feet tall with a slim build, wearing black pants and a white-and-black T-shirt.
