A recent report from Statistics Canada revealed violence has increased, Sask. organization confirms trend.

Dwight Whitehead was last seen on New Year's Eve around 2 a.m. walking away from the Comfort Inn hotel located at 3863 2nd Avenue West in Prince Albert. His body was found in a wooded area Monday.

Police were called to a home in the 500 block of Avenue H South for a weapons call and then a bear spray incident at Avenue H North and 29th Street West.
