Two separate family disputes saw Cut Knife RCMP members act as mediators.

A summary offence ticket to a driver travelling at 152 kilometres per hour on July 9. 

The death is not believed to be suspicious in nature.   

Additional charges pending.

If anyone recognizes the female suspect or has any information on the incident, they are asked to contact the Melfort RCMP.

The RCMP, who is treating her disappearance as a homicide, believes her body is located in or around Estevan.

Walter Geering, 47, who is in custody, was originally charged with second-degree murder in the case.

The Weyburn Police Service (WPS) responded to 89 calls for service during the period of July 1-7, resulting in a total of 20 charges.

The individuals charged have made their first appearances in Provincial Court and will be enrolled in a first offender education program, say police.

Deceased has been identified as a 61-year-old man from Buffalo Narrows.
