UPDATE: Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes Unit North has identified the young man who was brought to the Shellbrook Hospital three days ago.

UPDATE 2: This evening, Richard Flett was located and arrested by the Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes Unit South with the assistance of Nipawin RCMP . He is currently in police custody.
