Ed, my neighbour next door, has a few subjects that you dare not mention or he will talk both of your ears off. One subject I have made every effort possible to avoid is the topic of gun control.

We have a bit of catching up to do this week. Things have been slow around Edam in the news department. The last trip of the month draw for 2013 was won by Brian and Carol Weber of Vawn, with Terry Chambers of Turtleford winning the $100.
