WINSLOW, Phyllis: Mrs. Phyllis Winslow, late of Fort Saskatchewan, AB, formerly of North Battleford, SK, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the age of 97 years.

Although many of its 1,800 residents trace their origins to Australia's penal colonies, Norfolk Island today is a peaceful farming community, lying 1,450 km east of Australia.
