WILLIAMS ~ Ronald "Bud" Owen Laurence Williams passed away in the Battleford Union Hospital, North Battleford, Saskatchewan on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the age of 94 years.

The Prince Albert Co-operative Association Limited presented its 2011 annual report the afternoon of March 9 in Marcelin with 16 members in attendance. Ian Lauder, PA Co-operative Association Ltd board director, called the meeting to order.

Buried deep in Monday's preliminary budget deliberations by Battleford town council was a suggestion a bylaw mandating even/odd outdoor watering days be nixed. The reasoning is the bylaw has not been enforced for a long time.
