As school winds down for the winter holiday, the Living Sky School Division board has been in high gear, as they receive year-end reports and prepare for the semester ahead.

The Battlefords Midget Stars losing streak continued Thursday night, as they travelled to Meadow Lake to play the Beardy's Blackhawks.

The death of Ida Paul in June 2009 has been ruled accidental, caused by multi-organ failure. That was the determination Thursday of the jury in the coroner's inquest held at Don Ross Centre to look into the case.

Dear Editor I would like to send a bouquet to the volunteers at the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Our family took a "Walk Through Bethlehem" last weekend. It was an enjoyable, interactiveactivity for people of all ages.
