Memorial motorcycle rally raises money for SPCA
It was a roaring success. The third annual Kevin Weber Memorial Run was held on August 13. The rally is organized by Weber's sister, Katrina Stelzer and husband Dave, in memory of Weber, who died of cancer in 2008 at the age of 44.

Midget AAA Dodgers headed to Nationals
It was a dream come true for a local baseball team. The Humboldt Dodgers AAA Midget baseball team won the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Provincials on July 31 in Moose Jaw and will be heading to the Baseball Canada Midget National Championship August 18.
