KLETTBERG: Linda Elaine July 24, 1947 – August 26, 2015 The passing of Linda (nee Davis) Klettberg of St. James District, SK, occurred on Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at the age of 68 years.

GREST: Mary September 22, 1925 – August 27, 2015 Mary Grest of Humboldt, SK passed away on August 27 at St. Mary’s Villa at the age of 89 years. Mary was born on September 22, 1925 in Honeymoon, SK to John and Mary (nee Berezowsky) Hryciuk.

I was very disturbed to see so many boys say no to girls hunting. At the Greenwing event last week, Dave Atamanchuk with Ducks Unlimited asked the crowd of children if girls and women should hunt.

The summer of 2015 represented another successful season on the diamonds for the Marysburg Royals. It was the 87th consecutive season for a senior baseball team in Marysburg.

Learning how to use technology can be stressful, especially when you’re a senior. But Humboldt seniors got the chance to come and try out some new gadgets at the Technology Zoo at the Community Gathering Place hosted by the Wapiti Library on Aug. 28.
