KNOBLAUCH: Leo Bernard January 13, 1940 – March 21, 2015 Leo Bernard Knoblauch of St. Mary’s Villa, Humboldt, SK, passed away at his residence on Saturday, March 21, 2015. He was 75 years of age.

WEHAGE: Marie Margaret December 7, 1924 – March 19, 2015 The passing of Marie Wehage (nee Poppel) of Bethany Pioneer Village, Middle Lake, SK, occurred at Humboldt District Hospital, on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at the age of 90 years.

After all the insecurity and wondering, the revelation of the provincial budget means municipalities can breathe a sigh of relief as they will be receiving their cuts from the revenue sharing program.

Unsurprisingly, the first schedule court appearance for 24-year-old Nathan Michael Labatt was postponed in light of more recently disclosed evidence.

Unfortunately the people who work in Saskatchewan have no recourse when it comes to being bullied at work. When I worked for a short time in the province and bullying became an issue the labor board was unhelpful.

There’s no denying that the provincial government had to balance out the budget in a difficult year. While not everyone is satisfied, it seems they’ve done the best they can without sacrificing anything essential or raising taxes.

You never really know what’s going to go viral. People put pictures of themselves on Facebook or videos on YouTube and for some weird reason it takes off.

Easter is a day of food and chocolate: ham, buns, mashed potatoes, etc. But obviously not everyone from around eats the same thing traditionally on Easter. Eggs are a big Easter motif.

The Calico Gymnastics Club hosted an extravaganza this past Saturday during which member gymnasts performed various skills on the balance beam and uneven bars as well as displaying techniques in floor routines and on vault.
