"Transmitting Light" is the exhibition in the Window Salon at the Chapel Gallery during the month of July.

Artists from the Saskatchewan Arts Board Creative Partnerships program and other local artists have created pieces that will fit in the large windows of the gallery. Each piece uses light as a medium that will change the image as the light changes throughout the day. Each artist has created an image that will shape and transform the light to enhance their work.

The exhibition reception will be at the Chapel Gallery Saturday, July 16 from 1 to 3 p.m. Join the artists in this unique exhibition and learn how they created their interpretation of "Transmitting Light."

For more information please contact the Chapel Gallery at 445-1757. The Chapel Gallery is open daily from 1 to 5 p.m. Support for the gallery is provided by the Saskatchewan Arts Board and the City of North Battleford.
