This week at Maidstone High School is finals week for our senior high students. With all the seniors writing tests and the juniors going skiing at Table Mountain, there has been less action than usual.
Friday was the last day of finals and the last day of this semester. There was no school Jan. 30 and 31 to allow for semester turn-around. We started the second semester Feb. 1.
Basketball has been slowed down this week to accommodate finals, but it will soon be back when our senior boys host their basketball tournament Feb. 10 and 11.
