25th anniversary of centre celebrated
Bingo was played May 30 with Joan Smith and Denise Newton doing the calling. There was a good turnout. The loonie pot was divided between Bev Stewart and Noelle Coulthard. Lunch was provided by Norma Hougan assisted by Jean Stewart.

The Waseca Community Centre committee met at the community centre for their regular meeting June 6. Discussion of improvements needed at the centre took place. A new refrigerator has been installed recently.

It's time once again for the Dimensions show of fine craft curated by the Saskatchewan Craft Council. Dimensions is on now at the Chapel Gallery. This year's jurors selected the best 33 works from 156 submissions.

Trip to Lloyd includes Ag Ed Day, the fire hall, a vet clinic and Dairy Queen
The Grade 1 and 2 class from Marsden Jubilee School (MJS) went to Ag Education Day in Lloydminster April 24. The students learned about the care of various farm animals such as pigs, cows, sheep, horses and chickens.
