HUMBOLDT — A new case of COVID-19 has been detected in the Humboldt area. The provincial health ministry reported the case in Subzone 1 of the Central East zone on Sept. 25. The subzone includes Humboldt, Lanigan, Quill Lake, Watrous and Watson.
