By Lisa Joy, Local Journalism Initiative Reporter Canada’s prisons recently recorded the highest use of force incidents ever and there are too many involving mentally ill inmates in Regional Treatment Centres, according to Canada’s prison watchdog.

Submitted The Saskatchewan Coroners Service is urging the public to be aware of the danger of illicit or street drugs following two deaths in Regina. The deaths remain under investigation by the Saskatchewan Coroners Service and Regina Police.
