Tisdale Trojans defeated by Battlefords Stars 6-1
It was another game where the Tisdale Trojans made more shots, but also let more shots in. The Trojans were defeated by the Battlefords Stars 6-1 at an away game Dec. 9. The first period saw the Trojans made nine shots.

Copper wire stolen from Tisdale business
Thieves broke into a fenced business compound in the west side of Tisdale, stole two 100-foot lengths of black rubber-cased copper wire and caused damage to a portable welder. The crime happened on Dec. 7, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
