Pellet gun breaks Carrot River windows
A pellet gun shot at a Carrot River home broke windows. Carrot River RCMP are asking the public for any information. The firearm was shot at the home, located on Highway #23, between the hours of 11 p.m. and 11:15 p.m. March 24.

Cuts to Cumberland College affect adult basic education, scholarships
Adult basic education and scholarships at Cumberland College will be affected by cuts announced in the provincial budget. The college will lose $127,300 off of its operating grant, a five per cent cut. It will lose $60,000 for adult basic education.
