An innovative plan to build and operate a greenhouse to plant, grow and cultivate produce to be used, donated or sold by students is being implemented at John Paul II Collegiate in North Battleford.

A longtime dentist in North Battleford has passed away. Dr. Lornce Harder died last Thursday at age 78. He practiced dentistry in the city for 50 years before retiring in 2014. His practice was located at Battlefords Dental on 100th Street.
