A warrant has been issued by La Loche RCMP for 22-year-old man wanted for a variety changes including break and enter and assault with a weapon. The warrant for the arrest of Dawson Joseph Janvier was issued May 25.

An additional 12,923 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been given in Saskatchewan, bringing the total number of vaccines administered in the province to 706,548.

Two trials have been set for an Onion Lake man facing numerous charges in two separate incidents. Trials for Lane Ryder Pahtayken, 23, are set in Lloydminster Provincial Court on July 7 and Sept. 15.

A Prince Albert man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the murder of 27-year-old Cody McAdam. Judge Natasha Crooks sentenced Bryce Bird, 20, in Prince Albert Court of Queen’s Bench on May 28.
