An additional charge has been laid in connection to a fatal crash on Highway 4 north of North Battleford on the morning of Dec. 10, 2014.
Randy Bodnarchuk already faces charges of impaired driving causing death and blood alcohol exceeding the legal limit causing death, in connection to that incident in which a 54-year old woman was killed.
In court Wednesday, counsel indicated new information has been filed in the case, which includes an additional count, a charge of dangerous driving causing death, under s.249 of the Criminal Code.
The case has been adjourned to May 13 at 10 a.m. in provincial court.
