Battlefords RCMP responded to 68 calls for service over this time period Thursday June 15th 6 a.m. - Friday June 16th 6 a.m., including but not limited to the following:
9:31 a.m. Report of break and enter which happened sometime overnight at a farm yard south of the city. Suspects had gone through 2 sheds, an RV, and attempted to steal and quad. Items stolen include a battery charger and a Honda generator.
2:26 p.m. Report of a SUV stolen sometime overnight from the Railway Ave. area, SUV described as a blue Chevrolet Trailblazer 2008 with SK licence 975KMG.
Police responded to 66 other calls for service including Provincial and Criminal Code Statutes.
RCMP would like to remind residents to not leave children or pets inside vehicles unattended for any length of time, especially during the summer months, dehydration and heat exhaustion happen fast.
