Battlefords RCMP responded to 40 calls for service between Tuesday, April 7 and Wednesday, 

Wednesday

• Report of an unknown male knocking and ringing the doorbell to an address on Panton Avenue.

• Report of a mam wandering around on Clark Drive trying to open vehicles. Man had a flashlight and dark clothing.

The Battlefords RCMP responded to several calls of suspicious people and potential “car shoppers” in the city. The public is reminded to lock their vehicles and not to keep valuables within.

Other investigations included four 911 Act calls, two false alarm calls, one Mental Health Act investigation, six traffic related occurrences and four disturbing the peace or municipal bylaw related occurrences.
