With the low, low temperatures and biting wind chill we've been experiencing in central Saskatchewan, the East Central Recorder is working with our carriers and drivers to deliver papers as quickly as possible while still ensuring the safety of our people.

This may result in delivery delays of up to 36 hours. We thank our carriers and drivers for their dedication even in these tough weather conditions, and we thank our readers for your patience.
