The date is set to clean up North Battleford.
April 22 is the date for Community Cleanup Day in the city. The event coincides with Earth Day 2021. It was confirmed at Monday’s city council meeting.
Individuals, businesses, organizations, school classes and others are being encouraged to join in. Volunteers will then be provided location options, garbage bags and drop off points.
COVID-19 distancing restrictions must be followed and masks, gloves, closed-toed shoes and outdoor wear are required.
