Four youth charged with break and enter

The North Battleford RCMP received more than 35 calls for service between 6 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 17 and 6 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18.

The North Battleford RCMP received more than 35 calls for service between 6 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 17 and 6 a.m. Monday, Aug. 18.


Included in those calls were five false alarms, three traffic complaints or occurrences, two municipal bylaw or noise complaints, one false or nuisance 911 call and two occurrences relating to child welfare.


Sunday


7:31 a.m. - Call of a dispute at a business. Mediated by members and resolved.


5:56 p.m. - Report of break and enter to a residence. Investigation resulted in the arrest of four youth. They were held in custody for court the next morning, all facing charge of break and enter to a residence. Investigation ongoing.


6:50 p.m. - Report of an intoxicated man causing problems at a business. One man arrested for causing a disturbance and failing to comply with no alcohol conditions. He was held in custody for court the next morning.


11:25 p.m. - While on patrol members conducted a vehicle stop, resulting in the  driver being arrested for impaired operation of a motor vehicle. The driver was released pending future court appearance.


Monday


1:40 a.m. - Report of three to four people fighting near a business. All involved parties then had left the area. Patrols to locate those involved were negative.
