Hit and run in busy downtown alley

Battleford RCMP are investigating a reported hit and run which occurred in the back alley on the 1100 block between 101st and 100th Street on the morning of Sept. 6.

Battleford RCMP are investigating a reported hit and run which occurred in the back alley on the 1100 block between 101st and 100th Street on the morning of Sept. 6.  Surveillance footage in the area shows a suburban striking a parked car with significant force causing damage to the passenger side.  The suburban stops briefly before fleeing the scene. A male parked in another vehicle in the lot appears to have attempted to approach the driver after the collision, and police would also like for this person to come forward with any information they may have. There are two attached videos of the suspect vehicle and the collision attached to this release.
