Humboldt hospital moves to Level 2 pandemic restrictions

The Humboldt District Health Complex has moved to Level 2 of pandemic restrictions

HUMBOLDT — The Humboldt District Health Complex has moved to Level 2 of restrictions which means only one support person can be designated for each patient, excluding end of life, intensive, maternal, pediatric, postpartum or palliative care.

Effective January 18, one essential family or support person can be designated for each patient and one person can be present at a time indoors. There are no limits on persons present at a time outdoors.

Two essential family or support persons can be present at the same time in intensive care, maternal, postpartum, pediatric units, end-of-life or palliative care unless a temporary surge in COVID-19 cases occurs.

More than two essential family or support persons can be designated for patients in intensive care; end- of-life or palliative care unless a temporary surge in COVID-19 cases occurs.
